A real human reads every message. We aim to reply within one business day, Monday through Friday, Eastern time. Weekends we're usually outside with the dog, so a Saturday email gets a Monday answer.
A few things that speed us up
- Order questions: include your order number and the email you ordered with.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: attach a photo. For most problems a photo is all we need to fix it, no return shipment required. Details on the returns page.
- Returns: email us first and we'll send instructions. The full policy lives at /returns.
- Sizing help: tell us your dog's breed, weight, and the measurement in question, and we'll point you at the right size. The FAQ links our sizing guides too.
- Studio orders: include the name exactly as you entered it so we can check the preview against the order.
That's it. We're a small store and we like hearing from dog people, so don't overthink it.
