Good questions
Where do your products ship from?
US warehouses and US print partners, full stop. Hard goods ship from domestic warehouses, and personalized Studio items are printed and shipped from US production partners. Nothing comes to you on a slow boat from overseas, so no month-long waits and no surprise customs anything.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the product type, and every product page states its own estimate, which is the number to trust. As a rule of thumb: hard goods from US warehouses typically leave within 1 to 2 business days and arrive within about 3 to 7 business days after that. Personalized Studio items are made to order, so add production time, typically 2 to 5 business days, before transit starts. We're a new store, so these ranges are honest estimates rather than promises; as real carrier data comes in, we'll tighten them.
How much does shipping cost?
You'll see the exact shipping cost in your cart before you pay, never after. Orders over $49 ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated from what carriers actually charge us, and we don't pad it.
What's your return policy?
Unused hard goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping and we refund the product price in full. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or it's the wrong item, that's on us: we cover everything, 100%, and usually a photo is all we need. Full details are on the returns page.
Can I return a personalized Studio item?
Not for a change of mind, and the reason is honest: it has your dog's name on it, so we can't restock it. But if anything is wrong with it, a misprint, a defect, damage in transit, or it doesn't match the preview you approved, we remake it or refund it, your choice. You don't even ship it back; a photo of the problem is enough.
How do I find the right size for my dog?
Measure, don't guess. Every sized product has a chart on its page based on actual measurements, usually girth or neck, not just weight. We keep three dedicated sizing guides: one for life jackets, one for harnesses, and one for bandanas. And the universal rule: if your dog is between sizes, go up a size. Comfort beats snug every time. The Pup Profile quiz also stores your dog's size so product pages can flag good fits automatically.
Is paying on your site safe?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe, the same payment processor behind millions of online businesses. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; they never touch our servers and we never see or store your card number. We accept major credit and debit cards plus wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax, where we're required to collect it, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Why is your review section empty?
Because the reviews are real. We launched in 2026, and our review sections fill up with reviews from actual customers on actual orders, and not one second sooner. We will never seed, purchase, or write our own reviews. If you've ordered from us, you'll get one review request email after delivery, and we'd genuinely love to hear how it went, good, bad, or mixed.
Do you sell treats or dog food?
No. Anything your dog swallows is regulated state by state, and we won't sell ingestibles until we can do it properly, so for now we're gear only. Several products work with treats you already have, like the treat pouch, snuffle mat, and puzzle feeder, but the treats themselves come from you.
What do the chew-toy intensity labels mean?
Every chew toy we sell is labeled Gentle, Average, or Power so you can match the toy to how your dog actually chews. Gentle suits puppies and soft-mouthed dogs, Average covers most adult dogs, and Power means dense, single-piece construction for dogs that demolish everything else. Each chew toy page also includes a weight-based sizing chart, because a too-small chew is the real safety risk. When in doubt, size up and supervise.
Why don't you sell rawhide?
Straight answer: rawhide can swell when swallowed, and large pieces are a known choking and blockage risk, which is why many vets advise caution with it. We're not interested in selling a product we'd have to add warnings to. Our chew department sticks to durable nylon and solid natural rubber, sized by dog weight and labeled by chew intensity.
How does the Personalization Studio work?
You type your dog's name, pick colors, fonts, and a motif, and watch a live preview of the actual bandana, tag, or blanket before you buy. What you approve in the preview is what gets printed; if your order arrives and doesn't match it, that counts as a misprint and we remake or refund it. Studio items are made to order by US print partners, so allow the production days shown on the product page. Printed fabric items wash best cold and gentle, then air dry.
What emails will you send me?
Only what you signed up for. Subscribers get a short welcome series and an occasional genuinely useful email: sizing help, guides, and the rare honest offer. If you place an order, you'll get order and delivery updates plus one review request. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe that works instantly, no login, no guilt trip, and we never sell or rent your email address. Details in our privacy policy.
Who runs this store?
One person in Florida, with AI agents handling the daily drafting and a human approving everything they produce before it reaches you. We say this plainly because it's how a small independent store stays accurate and answers email fast. The about page has the whole honest story.
