Shipping
The one-paragraph version: everything we sell ships from US warehouses or US print partners. You see your exact shipping cost in the cart before you pay. Orders over $49 ship free. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate, and that per-product estimate is the number to trust.
No slow-boat surprises
We don't dropship from overseas. Hard goods ship from domestic warehouses, and personalized Studio items are printed and shipped from US production partners. That's a deliberate choice: it's the difference between "arrives next week" and "arrives next month, maybe."

These ranges are honest estimates, not promises. We're a new store, and we'd rather give you a real range now and tighten it with actual carrier data than invent a precise number that sounds good. The estimate on each product page is the source of truth for that product, and we'll never show you a faster number than we believe.
Studio items: why production and transit are listed separately
Personalized items don't sit in a warehouse, because they don't exist until you order them. Your dog's name gets printed, checked, and packed first (production days), and then the carrier takes over (transit days). The two windows are stated separately on every Studio product page so you can plan, which matters most when it's a gift. Ordering for a birthday or gotcha day? Add both windows together and pad by a couple of days.
Shipping costs
- Orders over $49: free shipping. No code needed.
- Under $49: a flat $5.95, shown in your cart before checkout. No padding, no "handling fees."
- No surprises at the end: the total you see before you click pay is the total you pay.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Studio orders get it when production finishes and the package is handed to the carrier. If tracking goes quiet for more than a few days, email us and a human will chase it down.
Where we ship
The contiguous United States at launch. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer or cost more depending on the product; if that affects your order, we'll contact you with the honest numbers before anything ships. No international shipping yet.
