Terms of Service

These are the rules for using bestfriendsupply.com and buying from us. We've written them in plain English on purpose; they're still a real, binding agreement between you and us. By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

1. Who you're dealing with

Best Friend Supply is operated by Best Friend Supply LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a single owner ("we," "us," "the store"). Our mailing address is 400 N Tampa St Ste 1550, PMB 949601, Tampa, FL 33602-4719. Contact: hello@bestfriendsupply.com.

2. Using the site

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information when ordering, because we ship to the address you type, and to use the site only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to break, probe, scrape at abusive volume, or interfere with the site or other people's use of it.

3. Products, pricing, and honest mistakes

  • All prices are in US dollars. The price shown when you check out is the price you pay, plus shipping (shown before payment) and sales tax where we're required to collect it.
  • We work hard to keep product descriptions, illustrations, and sizing charts accurate. Product illustrations are drawn to honestly represent each product, but minor variations in color and detail between any image and the physical item can occur.
  • If we make a genuine pricing or listing error (say, a $69 dog bed listed at $6.90), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We'll tell you what happened; we won't just go quiet.
  • We may change prices, products, and site features at any time, but changes never apply retroactively to an order you've already placed.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and process it. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock problems, with a full refund and an explanation. Personalized Studio orders are printed exactly as you approve them in the preview, so check the spelling of your dog's name before you pay; the preview you approve is the production spec.

5. Shipping and returns

Our Shipping and Returns pages are part of these terms. The short version: delivery windows are honest estimates, not guarantees; unused hard goods come back within 30 days (you pay return shipping for change-of-mind, we pay for our mistakes); personalized items can't be returned for change-of-mind, but any defect or misprint is remade or refunded from a photo.

6. Email and marketing consent

  • By subscribing to our email list, downloading a checklist, or opting in at checkout, you consent to receive marketing email from us at the address you provided.
  • Consent is logged, revocable at any time, and every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately.
  • Placing an order means we'll send you transactional email about that order (confirmation, shipping updates, and one post-delivery review request), whether or not you've opted into marketing.

7. Product safety and your dog

You know your dog; we don't. Sizing charts, chew-intensity labels, and supervision notes exist so you can choose well, and you agree to use products as directed: match chew toys to your dog's size and chew style, supervise play with ropes and tugs, and replace worn items. Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. When we say "ask your vet," we mean it literally.

8. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review or other content, it must be your honest experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and in our marketing. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, we don't pay for them, and we publish real ones whether they're glowing or not. We may decline to publish content that's unlawful, abusive, spam, or unrelated to the product.

9. Our content

The Best Friend Supply name, logo, product art, illustrations, guides, and site design are ours. Personal, non-commercial use (sharing a guide with a friend, printing a checklist) is welcome. Republishing or commercial use needs our written permission first.

10. Disclaimers and limits on liability

The site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not stated explicitly in these terms or required by law, and our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing takes away consumer rights you're entitled to under applicable law. We are honest about problems and fix our mistakes at our expense; that's both a policy and the spirit in which these terms should be read.

11. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before anything formal, email us; a human reads it, and almost every problem is fixable in one conversation. If we genuinely can't resolve it, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we each consent to that venue.

12. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Significant changes get announced more visibly. The terms in effect when you placed an order are the ones that govern that order.
