The Twist & Tussle is the middle done right: a solid natural-rubber stick with just enough flex to feel satisfying and spiral ridges that work along the gumline as your dog chews. The stick shape also makes it an easy pickup for a low-key game of keep-away between sessions.
It's rated average, the most common chew style there is. If your dog routinely breaks toys apart, step up to a power-rated chew like the Everlast Tread Ring, average-rated rubber isn't a fair fight for a true power chewer. Size by weight, and go up a size if your dog is between sizes.
