  • You approve before we print. If the proof is not right, you get a full refund, no print made, no questions. Nothing ships until you say yes.
  • Two free revisions included. We will refine the proof up to two times to get it as close to your dog as we can. Most families are happy on the first.
  • About the art: This is a hand-styled AI interpretation of your photo, not a photographic reproduction. It captures the spirit, color, and likeness of your dog in a painterly style. We are honest about that up front, because this matters too much for surprises. If the proof does not feel like them, you are refunded before anything is printed.
