The Personalization Studio is the department we built the live preview for. Type your dog's name, pick a font, a motif, and colors, and watch the exact print render on screen before you spend a dollar. No mystery mockups, no hoping the script fits. What you approve in the preview is what goes to the printer.
Everything here is made to order in the US, one dog at a time: a bandana that snaps on straight, an engraved steel tag with your phone number on the back, a fleece blanket with their name on it, a mug with their breed silhouette, a doormat that tells visitors whose house this really is, and a tee for their favorite human. Personalized pieces aren't returnable for change-of-mind (they have your dog's name on them), but any defect or misprint gets remade or refunded on a photo. No return label needed.

How accurate is the live preview?
The preview is generated from the same name, font, motif, and color choices that go to the printer, so layout and spelling are exactly what you approve. Expect small, normal differences between screen colors and printed fabric or ceramic.
How long do Studio items take to arrive?
Every piece is made to order and ships in 2-5 business days, then transit time on top. Each product page states its own estimate, and we'd rather quote it honestly than promise a date we can't keep.
Can I return a personalized item?
Not for change-of-mind, since it has your dog's name on it. But if anything arrives with a defect or misprint, we remake it or refund it in full. A photo of the problem is enough; you never ship it back.
What if my dog's name is long?
Each product lists its character limit, and the live preview shows your dog's actual name at actual proportions before checkout. If a name is tight, try the Tall Caps font, which fits more letters in the same space.
How do I wash printed gear?
Machine wash cold on gentle and air dry for bandanas and the blanket. The mug is dishwasher safe, the tag is engraved steel and just needs a rinse, and the doormat shakes out or hoses off.
I'm buying a gift and don't know the dog's size. Help?
Use breed as your guide: small breeds like Chihuahuas take S, mid-size dogs like Beagles take M, and Labs, Goldens, and Shepherds take L. Our bandana sizing guide has the full neck-measurement chart, and most Studio gifts, like the blanket, mug, and doormat, are one-size.
