Here's the math of a fetch dog: they have four legs and one job, and you have one shoulder and forty other things to do today. The Sky Hopper rebalances the equation. The 24-inch flexible arm whips a standard 2.5-inch ball roughly twice as far as a bare-handed throw, which means your dog runs twice as much per throw and the whole session takes half the toll on your rotator cuff.

The part you'll appreciate by throw three: the cupped head scoops the ball straight off the grass, so you never touch the slobbered ball at all. Lightweight ABS keeps the arm easy to swing for the duration of even a very determined retriever's session, and the set ships with three compatible natural-rubber balls so the game doesn't end when one rolls into the pond.

The included balls are 2.5-inch standard fetch size, right for dogs roughly 15-40 lb and fine for bigger mouths in supervised fetch, though if your large dog likes to settle in and chew between throws, swap in our size-L Tough-Core ball and keep these as backups. Launcher balls are fetch gear: throw, retrieve, repeat, then put them up on the shelf with the launcher.
