BFS Sniff & Seek Snuffle Mat

A dog's nose is their best tool, and most days it's underemployed. A snuffle mat fixes that: scatter a handful of their own kibble or treats into the fleece strips, put it on the floor, and let them forage it out one sniff at a time. The searching is the point, nose-work is genuinely tiring for dogs in a way a walk around the block isn't, which makes this the go-to on rainy days, brutal-heat afternoons, and evenings when you're stuck on a call.

The Sniff & Seek is a 17 × 21 inch field of dense polyester fleece strips on a rubber-backed base that grips the floor while they nose around. The strips are deep enough to hide kibble properly but not so deep that a beginner gives up, start with treats sitting near the surface, and bury them deeper as your dog gets the idea. It works for any size dog and any age; it's an especially nice low-impact workout for seniors and a focus-builder for puppies.

To be clear about what goes on the mat: your treats and kibble, we sell the mat, not anything edible. When it gets grimy, shake it out and run it through the washing machine on a gentle cycle, then air dry. One supervision note: this is a foraging toy, not a chew toy. Determined shredders should snuffle while you watch, and dedicated power chewers may be happier with a hard puzzle feeder instead.
